Covid-19 Updates

5/27/20 Update - Over the past few weeks, we are pleased to report that everything has been running smoothly! We appreciate everyone that has been in to the boutique to shop with us. Even though we are all wearing masks, you can see the joy in everyone's eyes! Our hours of operation will increase as the weeks go on. Here is a breakdown of how we will get back into our regular schedule.

Hours from 5/4/20 - 5/31/20:

Tuesday and Thursdays 11 am until 7 pm

Saturdays 10 am until 3 pm

Appointments and masks are required. Bride may bring up to 2 guests. 

Hours from 6/1/20 - 7/5/20:

Tuesday and Thursdays 11 am until 7 pm

Fridays 10 am until 5 pm

Saturdays 10 am until 3 pm

Closed on July 4, 2020

Appointments and masks are required. Bride may bring 3 guests during weekday appointments, and 2 guests during Saturday appointments

Back to regular hours beginning 7/6/20:

Mondays 10 am until 5 pm

Tuesday and Thursdays 11 am until 7 pm

Fridays 10 am until 5 pm

Saturdays 10 am until 3 pm

Our hope is that by 7/6/20, masks will no longer be a requirement and walk-ins can be accepted again! We will keep you updated. 

5/2/20 Update - As of 5/2/20 we will resume in-person consultations, by appointment only. Our hours will be Tuesdays and Thursday from 11:00 am until 7:00 pm and Saturdays from 10:00 am until 3:00 pm. You may call (219) 462-7433 or book online here. At this time, we are unable to accept walk-ins. We will reassess our hours and availabilty towards the end of May. In the interest of safety, for now, we ask that brides bring no more than 2 guests and that everyone wears a mask. If you have any questions about our new procedures or exactly what we are doing to keep you safe, please feel free to call!

4/24/20 Update - We anticipate in-person appointments to resume on 5/2/20! All necessary precautions will be taken. For those of you with upcoming appointments, stay tuned for details on how we will honor the mandated restrictions, as they relate to the number of people allowed to be in the store, the personal protection required and revised hours of operation. We re getting closer! 

4/8/20 Update - As the stay at home order is extended for another two weeks, we will continue to suspend in-person operations. To be practical and in the interest of safety, we will plan to open closer to the end of April, possibly early May. We will continue to monitor the situation as updates are presented. We appreciate your cooperation during this uncertain time. The safety of our guests and employees is our main priority. 3/24/20 - Regarding the current health crisis, and in compliance with Governor Holcomb's executive order, we have suspended in-person operations from 3/25/20 through 4/8/20. Rest assured that we are still available to you via phone (219) 462-7433, email and text. We will still be accepting deliveries, answering voicemails and texts, scheduling appointments, placing orders, etc. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any needs, questions or concerns. We will continue to monitor this date and adjust as circumstances warrant.

Our hearts go out to all couples out there who are having to postpone their weddings in light of the Covid-19 restrictions. Please know that we are here for you! We can offer advice and assistance if you need to find new vendors as result of changing your wedding date. We have a huge network of industry professionals that we can reach out to, on your behalf. Please reach out to us with your needs.

If you have an order with us and have a question about it, leave us a voicemail or send us a text or email. We are still in touch with our designers, receiving shipments and monitoring arrival times. We can give you an update if you would like. It's no problem at all.

If you have visited the store previously, but did not get a chance to come back and place your order, get in touch. We can schedule a Zoom call to walk you through measurements, and decide between your favorites. Whatever we need to do to finish up your order, we can do via phone and Zoom. I promise.

For those of you with weddings in 2021, please know that lead times to special order bridal gowns and bridesmaids dresses will likely increase as a result of the current state of things.
