Bridal Boutique On The Net dot com Return Policy for Online Sales

Bridal Boutique On The Net dot com values your satisfaction. It is our goal to exceed your expectations with every purchase that you make. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, the following procedures are in place to avoid confusion.

General Terms

We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges. Clearance items may not be returned or exchanged. Items received after the 10-day return period or in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

Shipping charges are not refundable unless the product is damaged. Some products are subject to restocking fees.

Damaged Merchandise

We closely inspect every piece of merchandise that leaves Bridal Boutique On The Net dot com. All merchandise that leaves here is brand new. If you feel your merchandise is damaged, you must let us know within 3 days after your carrier has delivered the package. Please request a RETURN AUTHORIZATION via our contact form and we will email you a RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM. All returns without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM will be refused.

If our staff finds that the merchandise is defective or damaged, then, we will contact the manufacturer, and we will repair or replace as deemed necessary by the manufacturer. If we find that the merchandise is not defective in any way or has been misused, then the merchandise will be shipped back to you. Bridal Boutique On The Net dot com will incur shipping charges on damaged merchandise. Bridal Boutique On The Net dot com will not incur shipping or insurance charges on merchandise that is found not damaged or misused.

Lingerie

If you are not happy with your lingerie purchase, you may return or exchange the merchandise under the following guidelines. Simply send your request for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION via our contact form, within 3 days of when the shipment was dropped off from the carrier, and we will email you a RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM. All returns without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM will be refused. All Lingerie returns must be returned to us within 10 business days after the merchandise was dropped off. A refund will be issued less a 10% restocking fee and shipping fees.

Returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging with tags and sanitary protection intact (NO EXCEPTIONS).

Shoes

Shoes are not refundable. We will accept exchanges on new, un-touched, non-dyed shoes. Dyeables and Touch-Ups Ivory shoes are dyed shoes and are not returnable or exchangeable. There is a $25 restocking fee that will be applied to all shoe exchanges. We must be notified of all shoe exchanges within 3 days of when the shipment was dropped off from the carrier. We must receive your request for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION via our contact form, within 3 days of when the shipment was dropped off from the carrier, and we will email you a RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM. All returns without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM will be refused. All shoe returns must be returned to us within 10 business days from the day that the merchandise was dropped off. Shoes must not be worn or dyed. In addition you will incur any shipping fees, transaction fees and insurance fees.

Jewelry

If you are not happy with your jewelry purchase, you may return or exchange the merchandise under the following guidelines. Simply send your request for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION via our contact form, within 3 days of when the shipment was dropped off from the carrier, and we will email you a RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM. All returns without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM will be refused. All Jewelry returns must be returned to us within 10 business days after the merchandise was dropped off. A full refund will be issued less original shipping fees.

Returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging with tags intact (NO EXCEPTIONS).

International exchanges are subject to additional shipping charges.

Refunds

Refunds are issued in US Dollars, through Paypal. We are not responsible for the current currency exchange rate.

Taxes, Duties, Tariffs and/or Brokerage Fees

Bridal Boutique On The Net dot com can not be held responsible for any additional charges such as taxes, duties, tariffs, or brokerage fees that may apply to international orders. To find out which if any of these may apply, please contact your local government.
